2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the website are manufactured and owned by Sathyam Herbal Products.

Prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of GST. No separate GST line will appear on invoice/order documents.

Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes. Actual product packaging or colour may slightly vary.

We reserve the right to modify prices, availability, or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

Customers can add products to the cart and review shipping charges before confirming the order.

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets).

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and verification.

Sathyam Herbal Products reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated based on State and Quantity at checkout.

Dispatch time: Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the courier service and destination.

Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, returns or replacements are accepted only in case of wrong or damaged items received.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery at sathyamherbals@gmail.com with proof (photos/video).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Invoices/Orders and Taxes

All invoice/order documents will include GST as per applicable rates.

The invoice/order will display our GST number, but no separate GST will be itemized for each product.

Buyers are advised to keep a copy of the invoice/order for their records.

Billing & Invoice/Order Policy

i. B2C Invoice/Order Documents Only

All orders placed through our online store https://www.mooligaikadai.com are issued B2C invoice/order documents, with prices inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). These are valid for consumer purchases and do not carry Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility.

ii. No Automatic B2B/GST Credit Invoice/Order Documents

We do not provide B2B invoice/order documents with GST breakup automatically for orders placed online. Such accounting-specific documents that allow GST credit are not generated through the online checkout system.

iii. How to Request GST Breakup / Accounting-Friendly Invoice/Order Document

If you require a B2C invoice/order with detailed GST breakup for accounting purposes, you may:

• Visit our office with your order details or invoice/order number.

• Submit a formal request for the GST-detailed invoice/order.

We will verify your order details and provide the requested document after processing.

iv. Legal Compliance

All invoice/order documents issued are in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) law of India. Customers seeking GST input credit must follow the official B2B GST invoicing procedure, available only through manual/offline requests as described above.
