1. No Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of herbal and Ayurvedic items, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at sathyamherbals@gmail.com with clear photos or videos.

3. Resolution

After verification, we will take appropriate action such as:

  • Sending a replacement, or

  • Issuing a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible for resolution, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and the product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
