Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely! You will receive the exact same product shown in the image. However, minor variations in packaging or labeling may occur due to design updates — but the product quality and ingredients remain exactly the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, a digital sales receipt will be sent to your registered email address. You can also view and download it anytime by logging into your account and checking the “Orders” or “My Account” section on our website.

How can I return an item?

We currently do not accept general returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video), and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or solution.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, most of our “out of stock” items are restocked regularly based on availability of raw materials and seasonal demand. You can check back later or contact us to know the expected restock date.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders across India to all serviceable pin codes. For remote or non-serviceable areas, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery options.
